If you'll read the article, you'll notice I never claimed they're the best, just that they're artists to watch. There's a difference. There's more to Georgia than Atlanta, and more to reading than looking at the titles, and making assumptions. I won't argue who's better, because I've always been a fan of the indie bands, and that's not what this was about. You may not like the guys that were chosen.
